In order for a helmet to protect properly and be the most comfortable the helmet must be a SNUG fit, it must be sized to your head correctly. The best way to check sizing is to put the helmet on and see that the helmet feels snug equally all around your head. The helmet should not feel too tight or too loose at any particular point around your head.
Use the following chart to find the correct helmet size for your head. Please remember that all head shapes are slightly different and the sizing chart is to be used as a starting guide or reference helping you to fit the correct helmet size to your head.
Measure the head circumference one inch above the eyebrows and ears, then use this chart to find your approximate size.
